Fairfield Nutrition Thoughts

We stock My Prenatal Methyl because it provides folate as levomefolic acid (5-MTHF) and B12 in two forms, hydroxocobalamin and mecobalamin, alongside pyridoxal 5-phosphate as the B6 form. It is iron-free, which suits those who prefer to manage iron separately. All excipients are disclosed on the label, and the formula uses hard capsules rather than tablets, with no artificial colours, flavours, gluten, dairy, soy or sugar added.
