FAULTY MERCHANDISE:

Did something not quite meet your expectations? If you believe you’ve received a faulty product, we’re here to help. Simply send us an email at admin@fairfieldnutrition.com.au, detailing the issue and attaching any supporting photographs you may have.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL:

Should you receive a damaged item or one that you didn’t order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Document the issue by taking a photograph and send it to us at admin@fairfieldnutrition.com.au. We’ll do our utmost to rectify the situation.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

No problem! We understand that preferences can change. If you’ve reconsidered your purchase, we’ll accept returns, and refund the cost of the supplement (not including postage), provided the item is in the same condition as it was when delivered to you – unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
