Refund and Returns Policy: 30-DAY ASSURANCE
We’re committed to ensuring your online shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free. We’re pleased to offer store credit or a refund for any merchandise returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund for any opened product. Should you have a return or refund query, please reach out to us at admin@fairfieldnutrition.com.au.
FAULTY MERCHANDISE:
Did something not quite meet your expectations? If you believe you’ve received a faulty product, we’re here to help. Simply send us an email at admin@fairfieldnutrition.com.au, detailing the issue and attaching any supporting photographs you may have.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL:
Should you receive a damaged item or one that you didn’t order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Document the issue by taking a photograph and send it to us at admin@fairfieldnutrition.com.au. We’ll do our utmost to rectify the situation.
DELAYED DELIVERY:
On rare occasions, postal service delays or delivery failures may occur that are not due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. For orders valued at less than $130 and shipped within Australia via standard post that have not arrived within 10 business days—or within 5 business days for Express post—we are committed to dispatching a replacement order to you. Should the original order subsequently arrive, we kindly request that you either return it to us or, if you prefer to keep both shipments, we will offer the replacement order to be kept at a 25% discount on the purchase price. Orders exceeding $130 in value will be assessed individually, and may require an investigation by AusPost prior to the issuance of a refund or dispatch of a replacement. Our aim is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution for our valued customers.
DEFINITION OF DELIVERY:
Once Australia Post marks a parcel as delivered to the shipping address provided, Fairfield Nutrition considers the order fulfilled. We are not responsible for stolen parcels or items delivered to an incorrect address if the address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
No problem! We understand that preferences can change. If you’ve reconsidered your purchase, we’ll accept returns, and refund the cost of the supplement (not including postage), provided the item is in the same condition as it was when delivered to you – unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note, shipping charges will be borne by the customer and if the product was shipped by us with a free postage offer, the cost of this will be deducted from the refund ($10 for free standard postage, and $15 for free express).
