What is MagActive Muscle?
MagActive Muscle is a film-coated tablet formulated by Metagenics, formerly sold as Fibroplex MagActive. The formula is unchanged. Each tablet contains a blend of two magnesium forms — magnesium glycinate dihydrate and magnesium amino acid chelate — delivering a combined 200 mg of elemental magnesium per serve of three tablets, alongside zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn® zinc bisglycinate), pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (the active coenzyme form of vitamin B6), and chromic chloride hexahydrate.
MagActive Muscle supports energy levels, maintains muscle function, supports muscle relaxation, supports a healthy stress response in the body, and helps maintain a healthy neuromuscular system. It also reduces muscle cramps where dietary magnesium intake is inadequate, aids carbohydrate metabolism, and helps relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension. The formula is free from animal products, gluten, dairy, soy protein, eggs, nuts, yeast, artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives, and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

How to Use
